Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has spacious rooms and some of the staff are welcoming and accommodating, making my stay somewhat pleasant. However, the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with dusty areas and an outdated bathroom. The dining experience was quite poor, and the location near a busy road made it difficult to enjoy. While the service from some staff was nice, I probably wouldn’t return due to these issues.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is beautifully adorned with Egyptian historic portraits in the lobby. The staff was friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant ambiance. The rooms were luxurious, and I particularly enjoyed the lavish breakfast spread. However, the water pricing was a bit steep, and the roads around were quite busy, which detracted slightly from the experience.
My stay at the hotel was unfortunate, marred by constant noise from the nearby overpass and subpar food options. While the room itself was spacious and clean, the overall experience was severely affected by poor service and a disappointing dining experience. The pool, although looked nice, was not well-kept, and the lack of any bar service was surprising. I'd recommend looking elsewhere unless significant changes are made.
I had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, which I appreciated, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Although the pool looked inviting, the area around it was not well-maintained. The dining options were extremely underwhelming, and the service was lacking, making it tough to enjoy the stay overall. Definitely not suitable for tourists looking for a quality experience.
This hotel serves mainly as a stopover for tourists visiting the nearby historical sites, offering basic, clean accommodations. While we appreciated the friendly staff and the pool area, the outdated rooms and location left much to be desired. With a lack of nearby dining options and a rather uninviting local area, I wouldn't recommend staying for extended periods. However, for a quick overnight stay, it was manageable, especially considering the value for the tour package we booked.
